Our Story
YSA Realty Advisors was founded to fill a specific gap: developers, builders, and landowners in Gurugram needed a partner who understood both the ground reality of construction and the technical rigor of real estate regulation. Over 15+ years we have quietly become that partner for over 1,500 projects.
We are not a property seller. We do not sell flats, and we do not broker deals. We are an advisory firm — our sole product is expert guidance that helps the actual developers get their projects registered, documented, and delivered.
